Looking at radar on the weather channel, been watching a smallish system march across south dakota. Been holding together all night and now getting close to the Minn border. Wonder if this is one of those Derecho things, and if it continues on its track, we'll get the southern edge of it sometime later today.

Got our first dusting of snow tonight, weather channel says 0% chance of snow tonight, might want to tack a 10 in front of that, eh?

Musta got hit with some hacker email, as I've gotten dozens of undeliverable mail from some crazy thing about not being able to afford groceries that's been going out on my contacts' lists. Changed password, so see if anything else shows up or not.

Yay for more snow, a bit late, but it's here now. Shame my car is slowly taking a crap on me as well. Was gonna go to the meet yesterday, but stopped in St Cloud as the transmission was slipping and shifting all randomly, and when I stopped at a gas station to check the fluid, it was full, but smelled really burned. Played taxi on Friday, and while waiting for a phone call to see where we could go, we went and visited the biggest twine ball in MN.

Saw an article about this website in the paper today, and was rather taken aback by one of the banner images for the site.

Looks like a nice plop of snow tomorrow during the day into Tuesday. We look to be on the edge of the 4-8 inch and the 5-10 inch line, so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

Finally found my password so I could log in again. The big storm completely missed us here, a couple inches of snow and a bunch of wind, but now the temps are nose diving. Good to be back at work again, might even get the house payment current if the job lasts for awhile.
