1. Crazy meta-thoughts last night, may have almost had a panic attack. Didn't. Thoughts still trickling in today, but I'm keeping busy enough to stave it off. Izz all good.

Don't panic.
Okay I'll be honest and I kind of skimmed past that entry - but hey, in the words of the Books, enjoy your worries, you may never have them again. Which is to say, live the worries of your life with the same hunger and relish that you live the good bits with. I say, if you are going to live a life, you should drink in the rapture of every single bit. Leave nothing behind.
