Andy Whitfield, original lead actor in Spartacus Blood and Sand has died. 39 years old, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

The man isn't dead yet. Doing what are essentially eulogies for a person who is still alive seems disrespectful to me.

(Yes, I know eulogies can be done for retirements as well. But too many of these feel like ones for the dead to me.)

Just FYI, since HP gave up on Friday, it looks like retailers are burning off HP Touchpad inventory as low as 99 dollars for the 16GB model ( Read more... )

Humph!  Humph I say.  I feel pity for today's kids.  Because back in my day, we had a better class of prefabricated nonthreatening boy band.
