I don't know many people who know more than the words "nirvana", "karma" and "kama sutra" from eastern religions; i know even less who practice one and i personally only know the cursory details

I think people who use karma in this way tend to be sad miserable people and I would bet that the offense that they are passively seeking revenge for was probably a product of their own sad and miserable ways.

I know that's true in my case, at least. I used to wish "bad karma" on people, too.
