So, it looks like I may have a house in 30 days. It's not the one for too much money, but it's in the same neighborhood. It's officially three blocks from the library, a block or two from a beer/cigarette store, down the street from Walgreen's and five or six blocks from downtown ( Read more... )

139K. It's a little high for the age of the house, but with all the remodeling it's only gonna go up. The south is calling you.
