I started radiation this week. Therefore, I now have tattoos. The radiation itself is actually really fast- I'm probably there for less than 15 minutes, plus they listened to what I said about scheduling, and my appointments are at 4, which means I don't have to miss any school.

This afternoon, I bought rhubarb. I've never bought rhubarb before, and it just felt wrong. We had two big plants in the back yard when I was a kid, so if I wanted some, I just went out and got some. So, today was not fun. I don't particularly like going to the dentist, but because I get such horrible tartar build-up on my teeth, I get to go every four months. It wasn't too awful, though, and I do like how my teeth feel afterwards. Chemotherapy is hard on them, kind of like how it is for the rest of me ( Read more... )

I'm home from work today. I have a dentist appointment this morning, and then I'll be spending the rest of the day doing MRIs, and meeting with the radiologist.
