I am ready to take dad's advice and become a hermit. I don't know that I want any contact with anyone anymore. Things never get better, I'm just not allowed to be content. Whenever I start to feel happy and positive, shit happens

If you love someone, fight for them. Even if you lose, you know you did your best. Have you ever though of talking with a marriage councler? Is Adam against that? I think you guys could make an awesome couple if you could sit down and actually get out what all is bothering you. You have to weight the pro's and con's of what life you are living now and you both must understand that to make things better it must take both of you. I want you guys to work things out, because you both deserve happiness in this life. Always communicate, because once that breaks down and fails, there is no longer a relationship. It is simply two people living together. Perk up, sweetie. Even in the worst moments, there is sunshine. Even in the darkest part of the night, a star still shines. Light is everywhere. Not even the lowlyest villian can profess eternal darkness.
