Another 3am. My sleep has been totally crap this week. When I went to bed at about 1am I was really starving, stomach rumbling, painfully hungry. But I hate eating late at night and I am dieting at the moment, so I didn't grab anything to eat. I have been sick all day, looks like my bad night was the onset of whatever this bug is I have. I feel really weak and my stomach is churning, my face is hot and my head hurts a bit. I hope it's just a 24 hour tummy bug thing. -
A bad night
Well it's 3.30am and I am having probably the worst night I have had in years. I just woke for the 3rd time in panic... fun fun fun. I am really tired, but my anxiety is bad tonight and I keep on dozing off only to wake up with a jack hammer heart and spinning head. I watched Sleepy Hollow for the first time last night. It was so... so wonderful! It's a movie I have been meaning to watch for years and just never got around to it. On the weekend Maddi and I were strolling around VideoEzy (our home away from home) and I saw it on the shelf and grabbed it. Maddi watched it in her room before I got to see it.. ( Read more... ) -

I am so woefully sick with the flu. I haven't had the flu for a few years. I have had the odd head cold here and there... but this is an old fashioned aching body, coughing your lungs up, headache ridden, flu. Everyone in the house got it, but of course they were able to rest in bed, stay warm and get nursed back to health by yours truely. So now ( Read more... )
