Nice! The difference, though, is that the ACC is within reasonable walking distance of my where I live, and Scotiabank Place is not ;) Are you going to see them on the 14th?
I doubt it...don't start the full time job until the 5th, so I won't have received a pay cheque to be able to afford a concert (in Ottawa, they usually run ~$150 per ticket for half decent seats) yet. I'll likely end up doing some of the Bluesfest concerts this year, though.
Full-time jobs mean full-time wages. That part I like :) What's the new job?
The cheap seats are going for $75 in Toronto. The ACC has much better acoustics than some venues I've been to here, so $75 should get a seat that sounds at least half-decent. Probably not much of a view, though...
I will admit that at least one eyebrow raised when I saw the ticket prices, but since concert-going is a relatively new thing for me, I think I'll go anyway. If you want to come, let me know by the weekend.
That is an excellent point you raise, cuz these things, they ain't free. *edits post* There, much better :p Now, then, are you a Simon and Garfunkel fan with money?
