Well, it's been almost 6 weeks since my last post, and a LOT has changed since then. I moved out of the allergen-filled house, and into another place in Ottawa. I'm now 50% closer to campus (and work), not relying on public transit (I might when winter hits, but that's TBD), and working a bunch more. Graeme is absolutely correct. This trailer should not be viewed by anyone planning on seeing PotC 2, as it would pretty much ruin that movie, and likely the third as well.

Today was pi day, and I decided that I was going to celebrate, so after school, I went to grab groceries for dinner, which included a pie. What a GAME!
You all know I went to last night's Edmonton @ Ottawa game...well, it was FREAKING AWESOME! Being 4 rows from the ice is incredible! Sure, I didn't have a good vantage point to see what was happening on the far side of the arena (penalty boxes in the way), but the pace of the game is so much more noticeable from that close! Well, I got my official transcript for my first semester today...and I missed Honours standing by 0.02 GPA points (= 0.5%). I got an 89.5% average...honours is a 90%. I was kinda pissed that I missed by such a slim margin, but it's going to fire me up to get it this semester. I had one class last semester that I didn't like and didn't really try ( Read more... )
