I currently have 16 animals under my care, one of which is a stray I'm calling Nora living in my Feral Shelter outside... Anybody care to stop me? I don't think I could be considered a hoarder, but this is ridiculous

Bear in mind their life spans, and tell yourself "this too shall pass, and in the mean time, they're going to have a good life".

Then put one cage in your bedroom.

Why should I subject them to a boring life? They live in a 2-level above the girls, with little playtime because of their aggression.

It's tough for me to admit it, but they'd get better care with someone thats devoted to just them.

yeah, i'm kind of expecting my house to be the same way when I get my own place...i've come to terms with the fact that I will have a small zoo.
maybe u could find someone to foster some of the rat-a-tats until u find a suitable home? i'm sure if u posted on some rat owner site or craigslist even, u might get someone interested in that.

I did. Unfortunately there's no one close enough. You want rats when I come up in a few weeks, lol. Or maybe a very sweet, lonely rabbit?

it doesn't matter what kind of cage they would even have; that cat would find a way in.

I would be so grateful if you'd be interested in adopting The Interloper Tribe--Winston (father--Beige rex dumbo), Gizmo (agouti hooded) and Zytoshi (pew). I've already found Nora a home, and may have found one for Lydia (the rabbit), but these guys CAN'T get along with my original 4 males and I really need to find them a great Forever Mom.

They're a little skittish, and Zy nips sometimes (he's blind), but they're really very sweet. I could also give you a cage if you need a larger one, but it would need to be a temp. cage unless you could have them out for at least 2 hours a night.
