Hell if I know. If I thought I was still home in the Wilherser System, I'd say it was those Daytron creeps messin' with people, but I know I'm far from real civilization. Not to mention all the backwater planets.

The only magic I know of that could cause this is blood magic. Until I see evidence of otherwise, that will remain my theory.
