i sent philip morris this email and complained that my pack of cigarettes only had 17 cigarettes in it and not 20, hoping to get some free shit.
so they're sending me $4.50 to replace the defective pack.
i should have said carton

i sent the same email to RJ reynolds and i will express more anger and demand more money from him.
