One-side blues

This is very weird. My left glute and hamstring are stiff and sore. Not the right, not even a little bit, just the left.

What I did the past couple of days )

inverted burpees, front squats, crossfit, overhead squats, snatches, turkish get-up

Those PR's are NOT sad, they are solid starts.

In the beginning, I think it isn't so much about throwing up big weights but getting your mind and body used to the idea of squatting under that much weight or having that much metal over your head. You are doing great.
