It's been a while, but here I am now. Just came back from Hawaii. It was awesome! We had an amazing time at the camps, in Hilo, and at Kona. I saw the house we'll be living in, the church we'll be attending, and even made some friends early on. I can't wait to go back! life has pretty much been crap for the past few months. I've felt like everyone hates me and Shawn, except for a certain few. This wedding planning junk is... well, junk. Well, I'm back. Not exactly the best thing in the world, but it's good to sleep in my own bed. Washington was pretty. I've decided that I love mountains... and evergreen trees. Tomorrow the high school doesn't have school. Mr. Roesch's funeral is tomorrow and so many teachers are going that we won't have enough subs. Some students are going too. It's so depressing.

Today, around noon, our principal, Mr. Roesch, died. He had a rare form of cancer and wasn't expected to live past last month. It's sad and it sucks because he did so much for our school. He was one of the most dedicated and devoted principals we've ever had and, let me tell you, we've had many. I can't imagine what his family is going through ( Read more... )
