read it. it was interesting. there is a similar thing going on here in korea. also, bribery. somehow i haven't benefited though.

If t he bullying stops in Japan, we're going to pay kids to beat up other kids so we have something to report on.

yes, i am in the ROK. this time I am closer to Seoul. nothing too exciting going on here though. the city i live in in kind of boring and I haven't had a chance to explore seoul yet.
i do have a floor. it's sort of heated. i also have a "boom boom room" equipped with a very small couth that would amuse me if someone tried to sleep on it.
also, i had a kid threaten me with a shiv the other day.
