Hey there! What an amazing past few weeks I've had! My group left from Cyprus early in the morning and arrived in Budapest, Hungary around 8 in the morning. Budapest was an amazing city, and I truly hope that I get the chance to return there some day. Wow, I can't believe it's been two weeks since my last post! Time flies when you're having fun! Last week seven other friends and myself camped on a beach in the TRNC. This weekend we took a GLS trip to Limassol and Pafos on the south/south-western coast of Cyprus. Both towns were on the beach, and I got to observe a Carnival festival first-hand. Because Monday was "green-monday" (national holiday) and I didn't have class today, I got a four day weekend...which was nice to say the least ( Read more... )

So this past week has been pretty intense...on thursday there was a free large feast made possible by our school (the University of Nicosia) due to lent starting on friday.
