Amen, sistah! I remember I used a Japanese font for one of my domain layouts, and I had to guess-and-check to figure out what key produced which character, to get "zianikku" (for "zianic") so I wouldn't look like an idiot. ^^;

I like using a font manager like "The Font Thing". I had it so it listed all the alphabet in lowercase and uppercase, along with symbols and numbers. Then all I had to do was select a font, then copied and pasted the appropriate character into Photoshop. It's a lot easier than doing the guess-and-check :)

You'd think that if people were truly obsessed with all things Japanese, they'd make the effort to at least learn some of the language outside of "KAWAII!" or "KONNICHIWA!" OF course, you wrote it in a much funnier way. ;)

*dies laughing* Oh, how true you are. I loathe japanese typing programs so much that I NEVER once used them for compositions, I just couldn't get them to work properly, getting all the wrong kanji, spelling things wrong in katakana....I'll just use ink, thanks.

JWPce is a good program. I like the radical kanji look-up. But I was talking about fonts like these.
