Yeah, I almost threw the book across the room when I read it. But it was Josh's and we werent' married yet and it was a nice hardcover.

Annoying Steven Erikson's latest entry in the Malazan Book of the Fallen (Reaper's Gale) does something similar.

Help me out with something ... I've had this on-going issue with not being able to remember if I read A Feast for Crows, so last night in Borders I grabbed a pb copy and checked the first and last chapters. Turns out I've definitely read it. So that raises the question, why can't I remember? One thing that jumps to mind is that perhaps there's no Red Wedding in it to have grabbed my attention. So, can you think of anything of the impact of the Red Wedding in AFfC?

Arya in Braavos. Cersei in King's Landing but I don't remember what she's doing. I think Brienne is a POV character too? I'm not positive. It wasn't nearly as powerful as Storm of Swords but it would have a hell of a time being as powerful.
