Which one is Trek II, again? I can never remember. Aliens was as awesome as Alien, but in kind of a different genre. I prefer Terminator to Terminator 2. And what about Mad Max/The Road Warrior? And A Space Odyssey?

Well, you could have said "The Wrath of Khan". Which is certainly the best of the Star Trek films (that I've seen. Have not seen the new one yet.)

For the sub-category of "Sci-Fi Action Movies", sure, I can accept that.

I'd stick Blade Runner above all three, and probably Alien over Aliens (although they're really completely different movies and barely belong in the same category.)

I have always found Blade Runner to be too stately. Yes it is enormously influential and all that but I never loved it.
