I seem to be kind of keeping up with the daily questions. I am posting every 2-5 days, which is what I was aiming for when I started this and at least it's an improvement (so far) from my 2021 lj posting record.

I suppose you could say that duelling could only be done with rapiers and that would limit how many people could do it?

I can see Gone with the Wind as a musical - I'm amazed no one has thought of it!

I suppose you could say that dueling could only be done with rapiers and that would limit how many people could do it? Yes but that wouldn't work in the US. Many Americans would revolt if dueling was allowed and it did not include pistols. Our history has our first Secretary of the Treasury (Alexander Hamilton) killed in a pistol duel.

I agree with you that it should be the legalisation of the drugs - but it is odd that to me the concept of duelling involved swords, not guns :)
