went down to the beach on wednesday to train with justine... man she's killing me! good workout though :) came home and slept through the rest of the day. plus yesterday was a lazy one too so i'm feeling mighty fine right about now.

i watched the doc supersize she again the other night (the joanna thomas one). apparently there are only in and around 70 female bodybuilders competing in the world ?!?

i gotta say though, the shit she puts herself through is pretty hardcore.

i recorded it on my PVR, but i think i can tape it (if we still have a VCR!) let me check with adam. it was on TLC...they air it every now and then.
