I checked food and organising the night before, but I would totally contribute to the goodie bags if I had something to contribute. *is severely lacking in fandom-related stuff* Also, not sure what kind of food I should bring. Any suggestions?

I'll try to drag my friend along, but he hasn't got an LJ, so I don't think he can vote. Hopefully he'll get over it.

So this was a pretty pointless comment. I should probably just email you guys XD

Your friend can RSVP via email, if he wants -- we're counting those towards our official numbers, as well. The email is terminushd@gmail.com.

Ping me about goodie bags -- we can figure out if you have any skillz :D Do you do crafts? I'm probably making some HP picture frames for the raffle, and some people are making wands. We'd love to find a friendship bracelet maker... (or a knitter!)

Unfortunately, I'm pants at artsy things :( I think I'll just keep looking around for stuff. If I find anything, I'll let you know.

Yeah... it will either be in mine or in NQ's room, I'm thinking. We'll probably rally downstairs at a designated time and then make our way to the room once everybody is gathered, to make it easier. We'll post about it when it gets closer! =)

Also, regarding food... pretty soon I'll make a food post, and then everybody can comment to that with what they plan on bringing... so there are no overlaps!

I said yes to bringing stuff and helping the night before, because I'm presuming we will, but I have to fly out in the morning and won't have time to double check with my roomies re. timing of everything. But I think it's a yes. alaana_fair can confirm that we're both in. Pretty sure we will be. :)

I clicked bringing food, but I may help with the organization the night before, too. I just have to check with my roomies to see if there's anything else planned for the night before or not.

I clicked bringing food, too. I know I can't do the other stuff because I wouldn't want to have my poor niece faint at what she hears. I will be going to the picnic without her, though. Maybe we could pool our food funds and hit up a bakery or deli.

That sounds like a fantastic idea! I'm all for the pooling of funds. I've got to watch my pennies on this trip...with hubby off on disability and his family reunion also happening this summer, I have to budget carefully.

I'd prefer getting something from a bakery, if that's alright ~ I'm a vegetarian, so there's shit all for me at a deli! Plus ~ BAKED GOODS = YUMMY!!

Hmm... Since I'll be clinging to you like a bad virus, I'll of course be helping out with organizing stuff. :) I can also bring money to pick up food later, but I don't know if I'll be able to bring anything. I could try to bake something before, but then of course, you know how dangerous we can be around food. xD
