The only thing I have going on the night before is the wrock concert, and Tonks can haul her sorry ass away from it for a little while to find you guys and meet up!

I think the best way of getting in touch with me would be to text me on my cell phone? If you want to email me about it, I'll give you my phone number, and we can make plans!

Awesome! If you can, send an email over to terminushd @ gmail dot com, and let us know exactly what you're bringing! (We are kinda organized to a fault, haha.) And if you check back here before leaving for the con, all the meet-up places and times should be coordinated by then! Definitely write them down if you don't think you'll be near a computer during con! See you soooon! =)

I'll see what I can come up with for the goodie bags, ideas are appreciated since I don't want to duplicate what someone else may have done, and when you say food, what sort of food are we talking? Food for 50 or food for like myself? :)

Everyone should bring their own main entree, and some people have volunteered to bring some snacks and desserts to share with everyone- though that's not necessary!

Something Chicago touristy for the bags, or something vaguely H/D related - fake black roses from a dollar store? Or if you're crafty at all, some people like to make friendship bracelets in house colors. Or candy! That is always good. =)

I just ordered H/D buttons, so that's what I'll be bringing. Also, the person who is picking me up at the airport is an HD person, so I will direct her here so she knows to rsvp. I suspect we can manage some cookies or something. :)

FYI, my plane arrives at 11am so I am HOPING that I make it in time. *prays for no delays*

Awesome! Badges sound absolutely amazing. If you want to ship them to my house (I live in Chicago) and that way they will absolutely be put into the goody bags the night before, email me privately. There are many people sending things here instead of hauling them in suitcases! =)

I said that I'll absolutely be there, and at this point, it looks about 75% likely that I'll be there (we're making rather last-minute travel arrangements, and nothing is set in stone yet). If I'm there, I'm also bringing my sister with me, too. I'm willing to help with the h/d meetup, but I have no idea what you guys still need, or what I can do. Most likely, I'll be able to contribute money for food. If you have other needs, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
