I just caught myself dancing alone in my kitchen in the middle of dinner listening to Don't Turn Out the Lights by Enrique Iglesias.

however, I did make an almost delicious dinner for yours truly. I attempted a tarragon butter, but didn't have shallots and it didn't quite work.
