have you consitered suing the car's manufactures, the accelerator is not suppose to be able to stick. EVER. What make and model and age is the car? Just a thought, but it would be worth it. You guys could of died. What if it is a default in the car? Others could be in danger.

we tried, but since the car had been in an accident before the last accident, the manufacturers blamed it on that, so there's nothing we can do. and plus we only had liability insurance. but anyway, the car is a 2002 toyota corolla CE.
