Oh man I can't stand that show, mostly because the Host is the winner of The Apprentice from awhile back, and she sucked on that show too!

Secondly, they say how much the house is worth but never tell you if they could actually get that much for it, you know?

People spend that much on credit, that's why they need to get it back, to pay off cc's ;)

I don't know - the one realtor was pretty realistic about what the window treatment/stereo people could get for their house, based upon the market and comps. She told them WAY below what they were wanting to hear, which I admit I took some pleasure in :)
