I got home yesterday. There's something really exquisite about flying over a large metropolitan area. You're really able to see all the varied spectrums of life with a unique perspective that you miss when you're on ground level. I'm so glad you made it home safely and that you have lovely weather and coffee and non-Latin things to read. I hope the rest of your break goes as well and that your holidays are of course, as fabulous as possible. Don't worry you'll survive the harsh winter months in E.Lansing and then spring and summer will be lovely and make you forget all about the bitter cold. At least that's what I tell myself. : )

That's why I'm going to enjoy living in Owen and only having to spend 2 minutes outside as I walk completely bundled across the street to get to class. Shoebox or not, at least they crank up the heat =)
