Good news, I made it through the whole month
Bad news, I still dont have that spark.

wonderful warm sun
shorts and glorious bare feet
in late November
enjoy it as long as it
last, snow is not far behind

predicted to fall in 36 hours...
The cat and I enjoyed the weather with a nice afternoon walk.

steaming comfort food
warm bed strong walls solid roof
furry purry friends
clean clothes good friends family
blessings come in many shapes

Thankful for all those and so many more things.

crunchy autumn leaves
sun reflecting on the snow
steaming hot cocoa
blanket and a favorite book
perfect way to spend a day

unpretentiously
she smiles gently on the world
bringing joy to all
though her time is shorter now
still she ventures brightly forth

I was tempted to write of the taiko rythms in my skull, but it seemed wrong, so that is the best the current migraine let me create.

stars wink overhead
moon a sliver in the west
wind rattles the trees
safe and snug tucked in my bed
so why am I not asleep

Yes, it should be about nature, but this is all that came today. Tomorrow is a big day and I am STRESSING over it. Silly since in 24 hours it will no longer matter :-)
