Writer's Block: Going Without
I try to fast at least once a week... Eventually Ill try moving up to once a week every week, with one entire week of fasting a month. I like the feeling fasting gives you.. well, me, at least. I feel free and not weighed down by unhealthy junk food. Fasting puts me in the perfect state for meditation and kind of gives me a fresh start for the rest ( Read more... ) -
