Read in the local news yesterday thru naralva.org that HB1440 was up for vote between yesterday and today. This is a bill that will grant personhood to a fetus from the point of conception. This, in addition to the bills before the Senate limiting abortion access, is very troubling to me. The state of VA already has a very poor record for abortion ( Read more... ) -
Fun with surgery
Had the cerclage put in on tuesday. First time having a spinal block. I had an epidural with Kai's birth, but a spinal block is completely different to me. A serious glitch
So. I don't like my weight. I'm not even sure what my current weight is. But I don't liek it. I can't fit into my jeans (womens 14). My underwear don't fit right. It's starting to seriously depress me. It doesn't matter that I know I'm not fat. I feel fat. And I don't like it ( Read more... ) -
Oh my fucking gah-blah
I have the most retarded arguments with my husband sometimes. The latest was over me wanting a whisk. A fucking whisk. I haven't got one, haven't had one for a few years now. The use of a fork to whip or mix things has gotten really old and annoying to me. I use a whisk to mix dry/wet ingredients, to mix batters, make eggs and soup. All of which, ( Read more... ) -
