The hardwood floors of our new house are refinished, the rotting cork wall is gone, bad wallpaper has been scraped, and curtains have been sewn...woo hoo. Well, we are officially home owners, yay. We don't get the house until Saturday night so it doesn't quite feel real yet, though my bank account is showing the hit already. I am sick of summer clothes. I want sweaters and grays and blacks and jackets and jeans and boots. I love fall clothes. I'm sick of feeling sweaty, chubby and overexposed.

Today at lunch Ren and Eli broke into The Trolley Song ala Judy Garland, "Clang Clang Clang went the trolley, Ding Ding Ding went the bell." It just about killed me.

Rob just taught me how to post pics here. I am no good with a computer and the poor guy has to walk me through everything. Anyway he's in the garage working on the engine swap so I think I will put my new skill to use.
