So, I saw Muse in concert for the first time this past Saturday. I've loved Muse since I first heard them back in 2004. However, I've always had one of those "wrong place/wrong time" situations when it came to their shows

my favourite muse song is "knights of cydonia", though i like other stuff too. i would imagine their concerts to be just as you described. their music just grabs you in this weird way. at first, i remember not knowing if i liked them or not and it took a while for them to grow on me, but their music is just mystical.

i'm glad you had a good time, despite the drunk assholes :P and YOU GO GIRL for tearing up. i tear up at like, all the concerts i go to because at least one song gets to me xD

I totally loved them from the moment I heard them. I heard them for the first time when I was living in Florida and commuting to Disney every day. The highlight of my drive was always catching "Hysteria" on the radio, and hoping I didn't get a ticket because the song makes me speed like a crazy lady.

And good to know we can be musically moved saps together! What can I say..I'm emotional. LoL
