i feel i may need to alter some of my bad habits and extracurricular actives to get back where i want to be.
I feel ya on that one. I cut loose last weekend *pinche martinis*. So here on out i'm drinking in moderation (unless it's a birthday type of party...yea yea that is my one lame excuse). I need to quit drinking so much fucking beer. I did not run once last week. So as punishment this week i'm making myself run 5 times no less than 2 miles a day no breaks. G'luck to me! haha /ramble
just make sure and not overtrain. listen to your body; if you start feelings light-headed, or significant pain, stop. you dont want to get injured or burn yourself out! i'm definitely trying to cut back on the smoking too, wit the summer heat picking up my lungs need all the help they can get..
yeah i know my hardest part will be not smoking on smoking-breaks at work, and not smoking at home when drinking. the @ home being the final step for sure.

It's time for me to give up the nicotine as well. Maybe we should start a support group or something to keep each other's asses in check. :)
