If you don't have time, that'd suck but make sense. However, I wouldn't really worry about reconciling the various eras into one cohesive whole -- we're all playing fast and loose with canon and history anyway (where else are you going to find Raider, Top, and Axel all in one place? They're all from different eras!) Somehow it more or less fits anyway. Although there is the weirdness of having multiple interactions going on at the same time...we're just having fun.

Well, I'll see what I can do, though it may not be immediate. But like I mentioned, the crazy side-story explaining where the character was can always be fun. I remember I was RPing online back, oh, over 10 years ago now, one summer Sunday afternoon we had a power surge due to a storm, powering off the computer - realizing that that particular day was 9 months before my next birthday I had my character explain that her absence was due to being abducted back to her home world and forcibly impregnated. The next year's birthday was momentous in more ways than one.

I'll see if I can top that with Mark! (he might be acting a little odd, though..)

What Lia said, and nor would you 'have' to make a new account. I did simply because I enjoy playing that way. Others do as well, and some (like Rune and Lia) are 'trying it on for size' to see if they like to play that way or if they find it too much of a hassle. So please don't feel pressured, in any way. Axo's busy with exams right now, leading to some highly amusing "Oh noes! Where's Roy?" situations. We all have lives, that's the best part about being (technically) grown-ups, we understand about these things. RP is meant to be fun, not an additional pressure.

At this point I think I might be the odd one out, but I'm not averse to making a new account - it seems like it'd be pretty easy to do and would help balance f-list traffic if I kept the RP and IRL stuff separate. Really, I just want to join in on the crazy!fun too and be able to follow through with saying I could play Mark - more self-pressure and -wrist-slapping for having 5 pots and 4 burners (so to speak), than anything else.
