I probably should do Iyengar - my alignment is pretty atrocious - but for now, I'll be content with what works. The heat definitely isn't for everyone. My body heats up really easily, so I'm kind of glad to be in a class where everyone sweats so I'm not the only one!

I know you're off to sunny CA, but when do you go to these? You may have mentioned it at some point and maybe I overlooked it. I wonder if doing something like this would help me... of course I'd have to find the motivation to go first. I'm just getting so tired of mentally beating myself up and feeling miserable all the time.
