<333, as usual.

I don't like popiah. I like eating the skins with plenty of lettuce and prawns, though. Sometimes I eat all the lettuce.

Surprisingly enough, my family tradition is sushi. Which is almost the same. Almost.

(therefore I am like Ben, because my sushi collapses annually. Even Marine makes better sushi than me)

I'm not surprised at Alex's natural gift for rolling popiah.

Oh, and Kristen! Washing hands takes its place next to washing dishes as a courting ritual!

All in all, I love National Day, and all the things that come with it.

It's more sensual, yes.
(Just slightly, I maintain. Dishwashing! *____*)

i have no food-making family rituals. (unless you count rolling up rice in beancurd skin when my mom makes soup with beancurd skin and i decide to Play with my Food)

and as'l;dfk'a;sldfk'a;lk more courting rituals, oh my brain *______*

Popiah! ♥
My family doesn't have a tradition, sadly. And I missed the National Day Parade for the first time in my life this year, but if avery NDP came with fic like this, I'd watch every year, reruns and all.
