Some stuff . . . from across the Internet!

Three things of interest:

1 - Motivational posters from a PSA fan by the name of CthulhuBurger.

Flattering, hilarious and already saved forever to my hard drive.

2 - A stop-motion Lego video of the famed "Jeff Vader" bit by Eddie Izzard - it's somehow even funnier than the original stand-up, I feel ( Read more... )

I'll drink to that...

Speaking of real life lagging projects...

Sneak-Attack.com is coming along. And now that I have a new D&D campaign to play in and soon to be running Babylon 5 and maybe Vampire... I'll have plenty of inspiration and motivation to geetter done'...

Hooray for Sneak-Attack.com! thatboomerkid_1 September 18 2007, 08:47:25 UTC
Obviously, no rush of any kind - it will happen when it happens, organically, and not a moment before.

As for your gaming life: kick ASS. I love table-top gaming, and consider my storytelling at the table, with my friends, far more compelling and emotionally-invested than the public stuff.

Enjoy, and give my love to your party.

I'd been wondering. Glad you're still alive, but you've really got to get your priorities straight. My entertainment comes way before your "real world" stuff.

While I'm posting, I wonder if you and the crew would be adverse to some random guy running a one-shot game at a convention or two using your characterizations for the PCs, maybe call it "Regdar Gets a Hummer and a Burrito."

Umm . . . that's officially AWESOME. thatboomerkid_1 September 18 2007, 08:53:49 UTC
If you run them at conventions like Origins and GenCon this coming year, not only will I give them the official "hell's-yeah!" thumbs-up, but there's a chance that I might actually join you at the table.

The little cutie-patootie right below this message, EmmyLouAngel, is a frequent Origins/GenCon attendee - with a little luck, she'll drag me to a few events this year.

Either way: consider yourself A+ in the CreativeJuices book.

Damn you for taking so long.

You're wasting your time with that girlfriend of yours. I tell ya!

Yeah, she's trouble. thatboomerkid_1 September 18 2007, 09:03:30 UTC
But I am, in her defense, REALLY enjoying what little amount of time I get to waste with her.

She is, in fact, probably my favorite person in the whole wide world.

Smooch, baby-ducks.

Listen here. You may be his girlfriend and all, but I won't have you talking bad about his girlfriend. Any brief moment he spends with that woman is quality time, which I will not have belittled; even by his girlfriend. What...but you are his girlfriend....you ever feel schizophrenic for no reason other than your clock keeps insulting you about how bad your hair is looking these days. Maybe it's just me. Stupid clock.

(This is Travis by the way...of the Terri and Travis connection. Hope you don't mind I added you :)

When you're right, you're right. And you, my man, are RIGHT. thatboomerkid_1 September 18 2007, 09:05:11 UTC
Would it actually more properly be spelled "cun-titties"?
