SMF Audition Done

I used an excerpt from a modern translation of Lucien's 'Dialogues of the Gods', specifically XXIV, Hermes' conversation with his mother Maia.

Anyway, I think it went well...but obviously if you're reading this and you saw it, I'd LOVE constructive criticism. I can't improve if I don't know what I'm doing right or wrong!

You really brought it. It really was a fantastic audition piece and you very obviously spent a lot of time on it...and if you didn't then you are one hell of an actor. The only thing I would watch is getting screechy when you get emotional. The only reason I notice is that I do the exact same thing so I'm hyper aware.

Aw, thanks Von. I did catch myself getting 'pitchy', but by then it was rolling :P

And I wish I'd had MORE time...I changed my mind on my piece about 2-3 weeks ago; glad I did because someone else did the same piece I was going to do. O.o Awkward!
