I need to get a mangle. Having a judogi that you have to allow to drip dry after washing, and trust me they do need regular washing, is a pain in the arse. Even more so when you don't have an airing cupboard. Sure wringing it out by hand helps a bit but it still leaves it fairly damp.

Does this come with an English translation?

Mangle is what you'd call a wringer - those machines with two rollers you use to squeeze the water out of wet clothing or linens. A judogi is a fairly thick cotton top I wear for martial arts that seems to take a year and a day to dry thanks to how it's made since I can't just chuck it in the tumble dryer.

Take a broomstick and either make it escrima length or use an escrima stick, loop your judogi around a door handle, pull tight, tie the open end enough to slip the stick in and pull tight, then twist in one direction as far as possible. Might want to put a towel on the floor underneath to catch the waterfall. the stick will give you additional leverage that will allow the cloth to bind even tighter, wringing more water out. Just be careful not to tighten the door knob off the door. If you have a solidly secured towel bar in the shower, that will work as well.

You're going to need one for each day of the week that you train, if you want to comfortably clean your gi after each class. If you don't, then you should have two, I think. That should give you enough overlap.

I have two now and am planning to buy a third one. That should cover every training schedule I can handle here in France. And that is for training twice a week and sometimes a training seminar in the weekend.
