MY COMPUTERS SUCK

I am in total computer suck zone. Good computer (newer) is no longer starting up unless I can go into safe mode. I have no idea what to do once I am there. Thoughts? HELP

Maybe it has a virus or spyware or something? Perhaps Norton or AdAware or something could help...

I don't think so. I ran all of my programs and nothing came up. The puter is now at Best Buy because I don't know what else to do.
