The life of Angie--an update.

I started training at my new job last week. I am a Direct Support Person at Wendell Foster's Campus in Owensboro. Yesterday was my first day "on the floor," working with the residents, but I ended up leaving early because of sickness. I don't know really what to think about my new job yet. Congrats on the job. Like you said, it sounds more like one of those jobs you would like to volunteer for but when its your actual job its different. I voluteered for 2 years at a hospital on top of working at the hospital and I enjoyed the volunteering more. I guess its always in the back of your mind that you have the option instead of obligation to be there. I'm rambling but good luck with everything and have a Merry Merry Christmas.

hey! sorry i haven't returned your phone calls. i've been sick this week as well. on top of that, i shopped for around 25 presents in two days. i just finished wrapping them an hour ago. so sorry to hear that you are sick. hope you feel better soon! love you & Merry Christmas! i'll talk to you soon i hope.
