The life of Angie--an update.

I started training at my new job last week. I am a Direct Support Person at Wendell Foster's Campus in Owensboro. Yesterday was my first day "on the floor," working with the residents, but I ended up leaving early because of sickness. I don't know really what to think about my new job yet. I love the residents--all of them have varying degrees

Congrats on the job. Like you said, it sounds more like one of those jobs you would like to volunteer for but when its your actual job its different. I voluteered for 2 years at a hospital on top of working at the hospital and I enjoyed the volunteering more. I guess its always in the back of your mind that you have the option instead of obligation to be there. I'm rambling but good luck with everything and have a Merry Merry Christmas.
