2009. Seems like a year everyone has really hated. Almost every Facebook status of the old year, new year was confirming that and everyone is hoping for a better year in 2010. A brand new decade. I'm downloading the oddest songs off of iTunes, and they're by Vitamin. Bird and the Worm, Welcome to the Black Parade and The Middle. I think our guard group is doing The Middle. Great string piece! It is weird to hear these pieces being played by a string quartet, but nonetheless fascinating to listen to right now.

I just read through Playboy's interview with Chuck Palahniuk, who wrote Fight Club and all these books. Wow. What an interesting person to read about and gain some insight about life. Grant it, 75% or more of what he writes is bizarre and not well-accepted by a lot of people, but he really makes you think.
