From what I can tell this stupid sorority girl (from OU) wanted to make it snow inside her sorority house, in the middle of the night. So she set off fire extinguishers. (We think it might be fake but the desperation in her voice and the stupid faces makes me watch it and laugh)

I don't think so, according to her facebook page she is a soph or junior and already a member of that sorority.

And if it was hazing related, I would guess the provost and Panhellenic are all over this already.
