I for one find this to be a good proposal. It is clear that something must be done as far as damage control is concerned. As if merely being here and having floods is not insult enough, some among us seem to think it's necessary to foul everything up for the rest of us. [Dorian is talking about the shower shitter. He needs to vent. A lot.]

This clearly will not work in all cases, but I agree that choosing someone to agree to help and be helped by in return would make things less damaging.
