I love the actors and the power dynamics between the characters that the movie created.
That said, it also created a push-over-Marcus trend.
It can be fun, for sure.But I'd like to see a fic where the centurion is a capable man.
It would also be different to see the Roman protagonist as a learned man who knows and enjoys different sex technics. He could have been abstient for a while because of all that happenned to him, but still know more than Esca.

Oh, Esca knows life ans is far from being a virgin, but life has been harsh with him. There are some refinements regarding sex that he doesn't know yet.

So he is the one to get surprised by what Marcus does to him. He is also touched by his kindness.

Yep, kind-yet-competent Marcus would be the kink for me!
