OMG, those PHOTOS. And 'Jim' and the one described as 'a little strange'! It is completely and utterly the Chalet School. I am utterly charmed. :D

Yes! I loved 'a little strange'!

If it was the Chalet School, that girl with the untucked scarf (I just noticed her name is Squealy!) would get pneumonia. Or trip on it and end up having to have some sort of operation.

That McAvoy article made ma very happy. (The only let-down was there was not a massive photo of the beautiful and amazingly named Fassbender - but this is true of so many things, I find!) -- Thank you :D

The Chalet School REGULARLY has girls with boys' names who spend a lot of time with One Particular Friend and they both have angst and talk about their ~feeeeeelings and are blatantly, obviously in love. You see why these photos are beautiful to me.

I'm really hoping the cross dressing scene makes it into the deleted scenes on the dvd because I'm sure it was hilarious. I adore all of the interviews they're in, especially the ones in which Fassbender decides to randomly burst into song and then they have a giggle fit.

There was a crossdressing scene?! Clearly I haven't watched enough interviews. It will be a travesty if it isn't on the DVDs.

Yeah, there was supposed to be a bit during the whole "We'll show you ours if you show us yours" scene in the strip club. From what I can gather from various interviews Charles was supposed to use his mind powers to convince Angel that Erik was wearing women's clothing. McAvoy describes the scene as "kinky."
