The replacement roof is going to cost around $3000. Which I don't have. I would if Mom would stop taking it, but that is something else.

Been very busy with work lately. We switched from HER to Keller Williams. A lot of the work fell on my boss, his mother, and me. I expected that. Now, it would have gone better had he been organized. I can't believe it is nearly the end of 2012! The time flew by, but not in a good way. Between a friend losing his grandfather, other friend drama, boss issues, and my cat dying, it has not been a good year.
