ROTC was allot of fun. It was army so we spent time repelling, hiking, and ridding in blackhawks(they try very hard to make it interesting). I was part of the ranger-challenge team, which was a PT overdose program that had annual competitions.

I know Panama has a army and at least a brown water navy, and if not that you can always apply for citizenship. I am not all sure about how that works, but I am sure it would not be to hard for some one as intelligent as you.
