Well I used to think my binges begin when I get just slightly off my eating schedule (you know, that whole perfectionist thing) but it turns out that when I even think off my eating cycle, a binge is sure to ensue

After 2 weeks of <200 calories, I have returned to my ginormous binging ways. You would think after this long, my body would be sick of this incessant binging. Fuck.
